Simply put, before doing a proper barbell squat, an individual should be able to have correct form doing a wall sit. Proper progression is a big key to faster and more results!

BTB2s focus is improving the mental and physical game of an athlete in their respective sport. We all get the “WHY” question everyday. With BTB2 ,that will always be an encouraging question. Most top tier athletes ask this question multiple times because they are constantly redefining their game.
